Our office manager, Marsha Miller, answers phones between 9 and 3 o’clock. We make every effort to call you back promptly. If we are on the other line when you call, please do leave us a message. Make sure to include your telephone number every time (even if you think we have it) so we can call you back on your preferred phone. After calling the main number, you may select option 1 to speak with our Office Manager. You can also select option 2 in the menu to be connected directly to Dr. Resnik’s cell phone. We attempt to return calls same day and aim for two attempts to reach you within 24 hours. Note that the return call you see on your phone will not be our main number if a clinician is calling you back from her cell phone. Please make sure that your voicemail is active and has space to accept messages.
