Dr. Hardy (she/her) serves as Director of Assessment Services at RRA. Dr. Hardy is a licensed psychologist with over 15 years experience specializing in comprehensive psychological assessment. She works with individuals of all ages (young children through adults) and tailors the evaluation to meet her clients’ specific needs.

With each evaluation, Dr. Hardy strives to explain the underlying factors interfering with success, highlight her clients’ strengths, and equip clients, parents, and teachers with specific recommendations, resources, and next steps.

Background

Prior to joining Rebecca Resnik & Associates, Dr. Hardy worked in the private practice setting for over 10 years specializing in providing comprehensive evaluations that offered clients diagnostic clarity, advocacy for academic and testing accommodations, and recommendations for intervention. Previously, she worked and trained in a variety of other settings, including a school-based community mental health center, a public charter school, and a community mental health clinic offering psychological assessment as well as psychotherapy services. In her free time, Dr. Hardy enjoys reading, hiking, and playing board games with her family.
