Our psychologists and neuropsychologists believe in evidence-based assessment that is based upon current research using the finest assessment tools available (scroll down to see what is in our test library). We aim to use assessment to understand our patient’s unique pattern of strengths and support needs so they can reach their full potential. Our psychologists have advanced training in taking a neuropsychological approach to creating an evidence-based intervention plan. Our psychologists have expertise in both neuropsychological assessment and educational ‘best-practices.’ Most importantly, we create reports that capture the whole person, not just a set of scores. We believe in creating a profile that captures strengths and potential!

We believe that quality psychological testing generates information and action plans that can be transformative. Testing should be a therapeutic process that leads to effective advocacy so you/your child can reach your/their full potential. We believe incorporating ‘state of the art’ science into our work is essential to providing quality assessment services. Our psychologists have advanced training in neuropsychology that they continue to update through giving and taking continuing education, research and keeping abreast of the scientific literature.

The information from testing can open doors, point you in new directions, or lead to personalized solutions to challenges. Most of us wonder how to find the right psychologist to trust with this important task. Here’s a quick guide–

Quality psychological testing:

  • Is based on the latest neuroscience research
  • Is conducted personally by a highly trained, doctoral level psychologist (no students, trainees, or techs)
  • Neuropsychological testing is conducted by a neuropsychologist who has completed advanced training in neuropsychology
  • Is a GOOD experience, where clients of all ages feel supported, respected, and understood
  • Leads to a data based action plan for school, home, and the clinical team
  • Includes a report that is professional as well as ‘user-friendly’
  • Has quality educational recommendations that resonate with educators
  • Leads to effective advocacy

Our team of psychologists will work with you to create a custom designed assessment that focuses on answering YOUR questions.
